We were having central AC put in to cover most of the house (based on our budget). A formal blueprint was prepared (free of charge because Michael is an engineer and knows this is necessary in order to give a formal proposal), and he and his crew put in a High efficiency air system with the environmentally-friendly Freon.
Michael’s name was given to us by the manufacturer of the quality system we wanted. We checked him out with bbb.org before we even had him in and there were no complaints. Good start. We were impressed by his professional, respectful, and friendly demeanor upon meeting him. His knowledge of his field was evident compared to the other companies we had over for estimates. We then called three recommendations his office assistant provided us for jobs done recently, two years ago, and seven years ago (wanted to know if they were still happy). All of the people were extremely happy and their opinions turned out to be accurate. He further impressed us with detailed engineering schematic of the house when we met him again for his proposal. We hadn’t realized he’s an engineer and the plan was free of charge. We requested that he figure out a couple of alternative plans because of our small budget. We have a farm ranch with an added sunroom and a large bedroom not connected to any attic space. Michael found a way to central air condition so that even the two rooms that we weren’t ready to ac yet (we have a good wall AC in the sunroom), might actually benefit from the central AC from the other spaces! When I asked what would happen if they run into any problems in terms of price, he said the price was firm, and if anything, he gives more not less. He kept to his word and we actually have more than we ever hoped for. Michael has had thirty years in the business and it is family owned. The crew was excellent. They were so professional and courteous! They also showed up when they said the would, took care not to hurt our plants when working outside, and cleaned up . In fact, they cleaned up after the first day as if they weren’t coming back! They even took their garbage with them! Michael came in a few times to see how it was going and stayed for a while. He was also in touch with the crew by cell during the day. You will not go wrong with this company.
