Had my yearly service done on April 25 2016 n told Dan that at the end of 2015 noticed that the units were not air conditioning only heating. Very quickly found the problem. A few days later Lori called me told me the part was covered under warranty n then when it came in immediately called me and set up a date and the part was installed and that was that There is never any problem with this company Everything is handled and like other companies u never have to call and say I was wondering if u heard anything yet. Not with Suffolk System Great company and all the employees I have dealt with r the best
