Suffolk sent a technician out to us but he got delayed on another job. Upon his arrival and look-see at our unit, the fan to the outside unit had rusted and snapped off. They needed to replace both the fan and the motor but did not have the motor available and it had to be ordered. They ordered the motor but it was delivered to the wrong distribution center and they had to spend more time to get it. Finally they were able to install it and now the AC is working ok (although due to the size of the new fan, it makes more noise then the old one)
