When my cooling system stopped working, I called Suffolk Systems, and Lori sent a serviceman over to check on the problem that very day. The serviceman discovered the problem and fixed it immediately. He suggested that I might have caused the problem by turning on the system when there was still snow on the outside unit. He wasn’t being accusatory; he was simply saying it was a possibility. He was extremely professional, respectful, and knowledgeable.

Many?or I should say, most companies forget about their clients as soon as they finish the job. Suffolk Systems is not like that. They treat all their customers?old and new?as though they were the most important people in the world. I really appreciate that.
