Lori was great and very responsive. She went above and beyond to accommodate our schedule for the installation. Everything went smooth from the paperwork to the installation of the unit.
Rob and his crew did excellent work. They were courteous and neat and even repaired the leaks in the duct work at no additional charge. Rob took the time to explain how the system worked and gave advice on how to run the system efficiently.
