They installed a new 5 ton Central A/C unit and Air Handler. The Air Handler was installed in a new location and they reconfigured all my duct work in the attic.
Prior to meeting with the sales rep from Suffolk Systems, I received 6 other estimates, most of which were either conflicting or not close to each other in scope or system. In our initial meeting with Suffolk Systems their sales rep measured my house and explained all the different options available to me. My quote for the work was received two days after our initial meeting as promised. I had several questions about the job, configuration etc before finally deciding to go with Suffolk Systems and every email I sent was responded to promptly with a full explanation. When we agreed to have Suffolk Systems do the work, they arrived as scheduled with their crew and put drop cloths down through my house. Their work was impeccable, the crew was polite and friendly and I am extremely satisfied with the work they did. I will have them back to replace my hot water heater in the future. If you are looking for an HVAC contractor, I highly recommend Suffolk Systems, you will not be disappointed. I met with quite a few contractors before selecting Suffolk Systems and anywhere you read on the wed about getting a new Central A/C system installed, the most important factor about the job is selecting the right contractor.
