It went really well. The level of professionalism exhibited was unparalleled. You really don’t find people that take pride in their work. The gentleman that came over did an excellent job. Unlike Petro, he was willing to work in a hot attic or in inclement weather in order to get the job done. He replaced the contactor, removed a faulty component in the attic, rewired my system for my new ecobee 4 thermostat, checked my refrigerant level, take temp readings and cleaned the fins for better airflow. As a war vet, it was beautiful to see someone exhibit the service before self and excellence in all we do core values I’ve had to demonstrate on a daily basis. The problem was fixed. I would and will definitely call them if I ever need them again. Thank you for a job well done.
